Villa Fabiano

The house is built in a traditional Tuscan style with chestnut beams and terracotta floors.

At ground level the large kitchen/dining room leads onto a terrace with a shaded arbour for outside dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped including gas cooker, dishwasher and a further fridge and washing machine in the cellar. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

On the first floor is a comfortable lounge with TV, hi-fi and videos.

The four double bedrooms are arranged over the next 2 floors, each with its own bathroom. There is provision to add another 2 beds to accommodate 10.

The garden is terraced with olive and fruit trees. The bottom terrace has the swimming pool (7m x 3m) overlooked by a pretty sunbathing area.

We are well set up for children with a cot, highchair, stairgates and plenty of toys, games, and videos for all ages. The steps to the pool can be closed off making the area safer for young children. Babysitting can be arranged with our Italian neighbour who has a full time job as a nanny and speaks basic English.
